Crashes whenever I change my starting lineup

My game will pop up an error and bring me back to the start screen where I have to re-login every time I try to change my starting lineup. That includes tapping best lineup, changing the player manually, and hitting update roster once I open a pack. I can do everything else but it just won't let me make my team better and it's very frustrating as I have some great players I'm not able to use.

  • I also have this issue but for me it only happens when I try to change one player. This player is my right end.

  • Every time I try to change my right end the game gives me an error than crashes and makes me resign in. It only happens with my right end. It happens if I do best lineup, manually change it, or press update team.

    Which player are you both trying to change that is causing it to crash on you?

    Have you tried all the basic steps below, including a reinstall of the game? If you synced up to your account to Facebook/Apple/Google your progress will be preserved when you re-install.

  • Every time I try to change my 67 Overall DE Morgan Fox the game crashes. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the game and it hasn’t fixed it. I have been having this problem for over a month. This is extremely frustrating because I have a 82 overall DE that I want to replace him with but I can’t.

    Please reach our Live-Support team immediately. This is likely a corrupted item that will need to be removed from your account and replaced with a fresh one. When you're in-game, go to settings>Customer Service/Help to submit a case to our Support staff. Let them know of the circumstances and request to have the item deleted and replaced.
