Creating a new account

I am trying to create a new account on a separate device (iOS) but it keeps bring up my existing account.  I have created a new Facebook login, deleted the app on device including cache and whenever I log with new FB it brings up existing account.  It's like EA has locked the device ID to the account. 

I used this device previously with the main account.  I dont know how to unlink it or create a new account without affecting my existing main account. I login using Apple ID for the existing.  Any help would be appreciated.
