Do not purchase madden cash

Word to the wise DO NOT purchase Madden Cash to buy stamina for the NFL Domination live events. I spoke with EA yesterday about how the last 3 live events I have beaten 24+ times in the attempt to get the last 2 pieces for the Domination set.  Turns out, there is a glitch in the game that prevents you from getting the pieces needed to complete set. And to make things better, EA will do nothing to compensate the users for the money they spent buying madden cash to use on stamina for those live events. I was told that I would hear back within 12 hours( I did not), was told that I could contact them today if I didn't hear back, and they are not open. Seems like EA does nothing but lie to the users to get them off the phone and continue taking their money!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
