EA can steal your money!
Be very careful with EA Madden webstore purchases. I'm missing now two of purchases Mostly Feared premium event pass and MF daily pack. I ordered them while promotions where on, paid them succesfully but did not getting them into app. So I made ticket 31.10.2024 from missing content. I have proof from payments, receipts, screenshot from app promo where you can see I don't have the access to claim what I ordered. Send it all and also every possible information they needed ID's, EA account information with screenshots and so on. Then start waiting their response. I also tried app own customer service portal and that was a big mistake. I have this case open now 10 days. Had a 7-8 different customer servicers asking same questions over again. But no-one doing anything for the case, until last they informed me that they can't do anything about it. Because now is new promo on Game Changers they cannot check the logs, wait what the...they have the time fixing it but they choosed not to??? Still the ticket is open but I don't have any kind of hope that they will give me refund or replace missing content anyway. I paid 40 bucs and it gave me absolutly nothing. Not even refund. It is a fraud. I have take this case to next level Federal Trade Commission. This was just absolut horror experience with EA help support.
