I was locked out from any activity in game with the game crashing with everything. I contacted support and was promised a fair compensation package when the issue was resolved. Not only did they not resolve the issue, which I had to figure out on my own with absolutely no help from the tech support and help teams but I find out they closed my ticket as resolved without the call back they promised. So I open a new ticket just to find out that they "never could provide me a compensation package". So now Ive been conned, put off, dismissed and blatantly lied too! I do hope this is not how EA handles everything and its just the folks in India that are the supposed experts that are the issue. Regardless, if I am not compensated properly for this glitch that kept me out of game activities for 4 and a half days I will take further actions.

Side note, they also promised to send me an email including a link to post my rant to EA so I might be able to find someone to listen that can do something... That also was another lie as no such email nor link was provided either.

@tthegatorfan122 I sincerely believe you are correct. The haven't helped with a Damn thing, but they close every case as "resolved". I still haven't got anything higher than a Silver Pack in H2H either regardless of beating HOF. It's futile going to EA help they do absolutely diddly squat about it.

@LakersPackers76 EA has an exclusive deal with the NFL and NFLPA so they are the only company that is allowed to use the NFL players likenesses.Who wants to play a game with a bunch of made up players.Plus I'm sure they buy out any game company who even tries to compete. They are the Microsoft of the NFL gaming community.

@thegatorfan122 honestly if the game was good with made up players I'd be down but honestly we play madden cuz we're NFL fans and having our favs on our teams makes it so much better.It's too bad ea only sees this game as a cash cow to milk dry instead of recognizing the huge following madden has and is worthy of investing in to make it a great game. if ea worked as hard at making this a great game instead of quick rip offs(the recent no jackson debacle for example) they would easily double profits

SHOOT SPEAKING OF NO JACKSON!!! Am I the only one that burned a significant amount of capital and resources farming every damned thing I could and got diddly squat? Its lile they turned off elites in pro packs and everything for that supposed opportunity! 2 mil on pro packs and only 80 card the entire time!

@LakersPackers76 ea burnt me years ago so I didn't chase after bo. they got me the same way years ago. they got several this year tho. I've read many people bought 100+ packs and not 1 elite

@LakersPackers76 they should have to publish how many packs were sold while they were offering a "chance" at bo and how many bo cards were actually pulled.
I've not seen 1 bo card yet. none on ah. I scout teams in l vs l, arena and OD and I have not seen a single 1.

Me neither! You know damned well someone would list him in auction at about 100mil as rare as he is if anyone got him at all. I really believe that was just a con, just like everything else.

@LakersPackers76 The only guy I know that pulled Jackson bought 153 all pro packs and pulled him in pack 146.. A single all pro pack costs 1000 MC (10 bucks). Im sure he bought the bundles with the extra packs as toppers but that's still gotta be at least 1000.00 real money.
And I bet he wasn't the only one who went crazy for Bo. With crazy spenders like that EA has very little incentive to change anything.

@LakersPackers76 Nah, me either... Although one guy in my league pulled a Vick after spending 800k on pro packs... He says he's easily the best offensive player in the game. Says nobody can catch him he's so fast.
