EA Help? More like EA BS!
I was locked out from any activity in game with the game crashing with everything. I contacted support and was promised a fair compensation package when the issue was resolved. Not only did they not resolve the issue, which I had to figure out on my own with absolutely no help from the tech support and help teams but I find out they closed my ticket as resolved without the call back they promised. So I open a new ticket just to find out that they "never could provide me a compensation package". So now Ive been conned, put off, dismissed and blatantly lied too! I do hope this is not how EA handles everything and its just the folks in India that are the supposed experts that are the issue. Regardless, if I am not compensated properly for this glitch that kept me out of game activities for 4 and a half days I will take further actions.
