I gave I guy my recover account in Madden Mobile now he has my account. I talked to EA they said that they cant access my stolen account or any account since its a "mobile game" so I cant get my account back. Also my account was a 96 overall!!! So I got really mad. I'm just wondering if you can or can not access accounts in Madden Mobile.
Same thing here! Except the guy I gave my recovery code was someone I kinda know. I know he wasn't stealing it. He was just helping me. I gave him the code and now my account was moved to his device and off my Google+ account. So yeah rbee05 and I have the same problem. And my team is 93 OVR so we're longtime players.
- I'm pretty sure all that has to happen is the person with the account sends a recovery code and you type it in. So if EA Support can send a message to the guys with our accounts to send new recovery codes ASAP for us to enter than we'd get our accounts back.
- Why would you give someone your recovery code? Were they going to help you get coins? I can't think of any legit reasons as to why you'd let someone access your account so I'd say you got what you deserved.
Look idk why rbee gave his but I trust the guy I gave my code too. I know he isn't a bad person. I even had a guy named [Removed - Admin.] in my league who hacked a few of our accounts so we reported him. I just want help getting my account back. I'm not giving my code to anyone anymore so I just want help.
