email time?

So i emailed ea about my account glitch that happened when i hit a 100 OVR,it use to say unknown error now it goes on the main page,loads a bit then crashes and then says network timeout or error,and they replied saying my case is opened,so I was wondering how long it will take for ea to actually fix this?

    its been more than a week and everyone else who hit 100 ovr is getting back in,feeling really impatient at the moment
