Game service is inaccessible to internet connection

How do I make it so that this doesn't appear everytime I try to sign in

    What is most annoying is that EA hasn't responded to our comments for a week. At least just tell us that you are working on the problem and addressing it but it seems like they don't care or are doing nothing. This is really annoying, I expected more and sorry if I'm hurting feelings but we should have heard back lol.

    I have an android sunset L33L and the same thing is not happening. It looks like this is a problem across many types of phones. EA_Barry, is there anything you can tell us? Its been a week and a half since you responded in this topic.
