Glitch/bug with 4th blitz

Question

I've been having a problem with a glitch/bug with the 4th blitz. I keep getting the same players over and over. The correspondents at the customer support site said to report this on the forum, I did, no response. They have also suggested to put the problem on the answers h.g. so I am. I have spent hard earned money to advance progress with the event but it is impossible. I have exhausted all avenues with no resolution to the problem except that everyone that I contact cannot do anything about it! Does anyone have any answers?

Are you talking about the 3 collectibles = 1 gold player set? The odds for the gold players are not equal, there are 6 gold players that are more common than the others.&nbsp; The 83 KR Benjamin is the rarest of all. Most promos are rarely completed through game play alone and players need to buy missing components from the AH.

Gabbert, Adams and Irving, e.a. customer experience has given me 2 cases and reviewed them and agreed with me, but explained to me that there is nothing on their end they can do. I first reported the problem on July 7th and have been patient and now trying to be diligent so nobody else has this issue
