@jordanhoward5 Yep. And to not simply post something somewhere system wide saying "Hey, it's screwed up. We appreciate your patience and we'll make it up to you" is mind-blowing. Especially when some people have lost nearly a week of progress on their big promotion.

- @EA_Blueberry It's Wednesday. There haven't been any updates and even the Morning Madden stream that you linked before is unavailable to view. Nothing is being said and no actual response to the issue that I can see except EA making you tell everyone "we'll provide an update soon".
This issue was brought up on Twitter at least by last Friday and we had to go through the weekend with the help desk telling us to post here and then finding out that no one from the development team had even seen this until most likely Monday.
Is there any actual information so that people can play the game they have put so much time and money into? We're coming up on a week since people tried to alert EA that there was a major glitch stopping gameplay. There should be some explanation of what the issue is and an actual, accessible, readable statement put online at this point. The company is still promoting people purchasing a pass to an event that they can't complete without even warning them not to play that path. The fix is going out this morning.

It's under solo then programs, it's the 1st one on the next screen after. Then hit Achievement then go the end of it ..
Did you get the 88 Master Pitbull?

So Field of Fear is the month-long theme. In order to get that achievement, you need to earn a master in one of our promos. Our current promo is Nightmare on Madden St. and you have not yet earned a master from that promo.
Just wanted to put this out there in case others were confused.EA_Messina, looks like I've got the same situation. Here's a screenshot. I completed it this morning and picked up the 88 Thielen.
