Have not played Madden in a while comeback to a a surprise.

Have not played game in a while . When I come back I lost all my players, collectablles, and trophies. This is stuff I paid real money for buying packages. How do I get this back?

    You can't, yeah I know it's bs. But they reset everything over 3 month's ago. So we all got screwed.
