Having Trouble Watching an Ad for Stamina?

Yes, it seems to be a carry-over issue for some from MM21.

Something that tends to work for those who are experiencing issues with getting ads to play is to force close the app before clicking to play it. If that doesn't work for you, then you are likely among the group of people who just aren't able to watch them for whatever reason.

I do know that EA has been made aware that ads are still being problematic for people in MM22.

@KopiZiom  Has it worked at all?  I think I saw that it’s only usable twice a day, so if you redeemed it (watched it) twice, you have to wait until the daily refresh to get it again.

a few years ago you could watch the videos almost endlessly but wouldn’t get rewards.  EA Help directed us to contact the vendors advertising for a solution.  It was literally like McDonald’s, Adidas, Army National Guard 😂

I never contacted a vendor to get my video reward so I’m not 💯 that it didn’t work, but it always makes me laugh to think about.

The biggest issue I see now is with the Stamina requirement for your Daily Goals now that they don’t reset until 1pm ET!

If you redeem the Stamina before Goals reset you have to wait for 11 hours which is the middle of the night or next morning and I like to finish them ASAP!

So, it means sitting on it until Goals reset!

Hello! I'm playing MM22 in Europe and I can't watch the daily ads for the free stamina. Why is that and how can it be fixed? I heard from other players outside the US they have the same issue. If this is a device location issue it is extremely unfair and a huge disadvantage for a lot of players. Maybe there's a way the free stamina can be awarded some other way like a daily pack. I'm waiting for a reply. Thank you!

I seem to be having the same problem all my screen does is go black then I have to shut the game down and reopen the app

@x8rljfv5m9b3 if it's anything like TV when I was serving overseas, it's geofencing.  American IP content restricts international access so you have to pursue additional avenues of paying for services.  You can always go to www.nbc.com and watch their content for free in the US but as soon as we setup in Germany, the browser informed us we were no longer authorized to view that content outside of the US.  Same thing with NFL Network, had to purchase a special NFL Game Pass specifically for overseas viewers.  My guess is, they paid to run ads in the US by contract and EA doesn't have a way to authorize viewing them for you.  Totally stinks if that's the case cuz you'll never get the refills.  They're not full refills, just for your awareness.  But they're helpful right now.

@hawskeeIs there some sort of timer for the ad stamina reset, does not reset with the daily goals or the stamina refill or any of the other training events..... you'd think it would sink up with one of those but you know that would make too much sense.

Yeah, I hear you man. It appears that the two daily stamina ads go on a 24 hour cooldown from the moment you watch both of them instead of the ads readying in the queue at a specific time daily (@ 10:30 am ET reset, for example). I am also not a fan of this as these "daily" stamina ads aren't actually being made available daily as they should. I have inquired about this through my pipeline of feedback also.

For the last 2 or 3 seasons of madden mobile, I haven't been able to watch ads whatsoever. The "watch an ad for stamina" is greyed out and clicking it does nothing.

I have tried to login both with google play and facebook or both, reset my advertising ID and cleared cache between game resets and it still is greyed out. 

I'm based in Portugal but I don't think ads are limited to the US since I was able to get ads in other versions of the game. I also have every option about ads turned on. Is there a known solution to this that I couldn't find on this forum or should I just give up since mailing EA help didn't get me anywhere.
