hero logo pack not unlocking event??

I bought the pack and even equipped it as my logo, However the event is still locked?? I wasted another thousand madden cash??

In Madden Mobil 18 I purchased an nfl hero action pack for 600 green dollars and I was not able to get my logo or unlock the extra hero live event. I did everything EA help wanted me to do to trouble shoot it and still did not receive my content. Please help!
