How do I link my EA account

When I go into the game and go to setting to link an account I don’t have the option to link my EA account.

    Thank you for giving that a shot and letting me know. I think the best option would be to get in touch with EA Help so they can take a look at your accounts. They may be able to identify if there are any issues that would be preventing them from linking. 

    The links in my post from earlier in this thread should point you in the right direction for setting up a case with them.

For some reason when I connect my apple to that account it still will not let me link my ea account
