How long does it take for the "specialist" team to get back and solve your case?

I've been hacked in madden mobile. I know this because someone logged into my facebook from Washington and I lost so many good players. (Worth 400mil) all legends btw. I've talked to 4 different game managers and they always say we've forwarded this to the specialists. Well it has been 3 months and I have STILL yet to get an answer back. So disappointing.

I just want anybody who reads these message boards to know that this app is stealing money from it's users! I bought a 3.99 pack and never received the items. When I called to have them issue me the pack it took 4 hours for a call back. Only for them to tell me that they can't find the pack I bought! Absolutely ridiculous! How do you plan on keeping players if you outright steal from them!!!!

Ea is letting me down to. An support agent had me delete saved files from everywhere. I asked beforehand if he had a way to get my data back after this. He assured me he did.. Well guess what? ....He couldnt. He said he sent my case to a specialist 3 days ago and not word yet.
