How to make a new Madden NFL Mobile Account

I messed up on linking my Madden account to Madden Mobile account, and I need a new Madden Mobile account. I already linked it to guest, Facebook, and Google Play. Am I stuck or is there another way to make a new account?

Did you already link this Madden Mobile account to your EA Account, or was it just linked up with Google and Facebook?
