I can't purchase madden cash on madden mobile 18

Can't purchase madden cash. Says something about Storekit transaction is already in progress. Was working fine last week and now this week I can't purchase. Anyone know what to do? I tried contacting ...

I cant purchase any madden cash, the screen is empty . no error displayed.

i'm from mexico.

I've been on the phone for 6 hours over the last two days with EA and Apple. They each blame the other for the problem and 30 hours later, still no fix. This is terrible where customers are looking to spend money and no one has a clue. Just bad customer service!

Just so I can understand if this is an apple issue, is anyone having this problem with devices that are not apple? 

Let me know. If i find anything out, i will let you know.

      We are aware of and looking into this issue with purchasing Madden Cash at the moment.

      In the meantime can I ask you to try the following troubleshooting steps:

      1. Uninstall game
      2. Go to settings, itunes account and log out.
      3. Hard reset device
      4. Upon restart, go to settings, log back into itunes account. Make sure payment method is up to date.
      5. Install game
      6. Attempt to make purchase again.

        Do you have an ETA on this investigation?  It's been a long time and there's a lot of content being missed here.

      I’m having the same issue, really frustrating considering the Thanksgiving event kicked off and I can’t purchase anything!

      SAme here. It really stinks to have not been able to purchase anything during most feared and now thanksgiving.
