I've been on the phone for 6 hours over the last two days with EA and Apple. They each blame the other for the problem and 30 hours later, still no fix. This is terrible where customers are looking to spend money and no one has a clue. Just bad customer service!
Just so I can understand if this is an apple issue, is anyone having this problem with devices that are not apple?

We are aware of and looking into this issue with purchasing Madden Cash at the moment.

I have the same issue but with android, madden15 was the only game where I was able to buy cash, last season the glitch appeared and since then I cant buy any cash at all.
I did all the steps you mentioned and still running without the chance to buy cash.
Hope some solution can be found.

Tried the uninstall MM, log out of iTunes, etc. fix and it didn’t help. You all don’t respond to this issue when I email you. I have been a good customer and have spent $100’s of dollars with you. Now I have invested all this $ and can’t do anything else to improve my team. Please help fix this!
