I can't purchase madden cash on madden mobile 18

Can't purchase madden cash. Says something about Storekit transaction is already in progress. Was working fine last week and now this week I can't purchase. Anyone know what to do? I tried contacting ...

Never received the phone call and I can't get anyone on chat either. Plus there isn't an option to be called back anymore... I did try to purchase that all-pro special again and this is the error I get because I was charged for it!!

They can't pull a fast one us for it being Labor Day. That has nothing to do with us running the servers. It's our day of non stress and labor. Poor joke but worth it.
