I can't purchase madden cash on madden mobile 18

We are aware of and looking into this issue with purchasing Madden Cash at the moment.

In the meantime can I ask you to try the following troubleshooting steps:

1. Uninstall game
2. Go to settings, itunes account and log out.
3. Hard reset device
4. Upon restart, go to settings, log back into itunes account. Make sure payment method is up to date.
5. Install game
6. Attempt to make purchase again.
