I can't purchase madden cash on madden mobile 18

It is nice to hear that someone got ahold of someone that is good at their job!!! However, that is just a small step. The REAL question everyone has , is ANYONE going to get this fixed??? Heck I would even take an acknowledgment from EA or APPLE that there is an issue and WHO is really at fault here!!!

@okie_state_fan I second that notion. I even left an alt league to our main and back. Though of every way possible. Thing is I even tried on an LG tablet when that lady told him it was IOS/iPhones but didn't work there either. Somehow this group need to be granted the full level of kickoff players, packs we were going to buy and/or pipeline player. I made sure I took a picture of each 100$ attempt too. For all I know I missed one. Justice please! Three days to kickoff and I'm no where near what I planned on doing the last 48 hours. Just wrong. The money made on both ends isn't even what you tip a bartender for a water which isn't being rude. Just seems like we have got a "reason" or "excuse" but not an answer. I'm glad some though of course. This is just my escape aside from the real thing.

Did everything I could possibly think of just now. Deleted the app completely off two iPhones, an LG tablet and an iPad. Went as far as re-booting the tablets to factory erasing everything on them. Reinstalled, got all my email logins ready and none worked. On any. Tried them all. Best part is I went as far as even making a brand new account, nothing. I'm lost for good here. I hope I hear back. I'm very disappointed. No calls or anything than this thread.

Dinkel - they're not working on Labor Day. This will most likely be fixed tomorrow or Wednesday. I will call the women I spoke with, who was awesome and very reasonable. As soon as I hear something I will let the board know. Also, they're out on the west cost.

Update: to my surprise, I have received the special all pro pack that i purchased 5 days ago this morning, however i can't still purchase madden cash, still got the storekit transaction error.

Udate. No pack came in, money "error" still according and I no calls have come in.

Good morning Men - I called the rep I spoke to yesterday twice with no rerun call and the app still isn't working. I will try again today but not sure why they are. It all over this. Not good.

Keep try calling them buddy, I am sure this happened to many more but they dont know who/what/where to turn for help. I doubt this is a priority on their list so we have to knock on them until they decide to do something about it. Season about to start and it sucks we cant get to madden cash for stamina, that is what I mostly needed it for.

Agreed! We need to be compensated for the missed opportunities for their screw-ups!! I spend a lot of money on this game and have missed good packs that would help my teams. That's going to affect me going into the new season and I'm pissed!!

And if this wasn't bad enough... now the app keeps crashing on me. Three different accounts, all three keep crashing. Dealt with this all last season. If it keeps up, I'm done with EA. Very annoyed

I exactly agree. Some compensation is to be needed. Goal was to clear the kickoff players to their highest levels before it ended by refilling stam, the rising stars and power line players with team TOTW players which I can't do because need to save the stam for kickoff tokens until it ends now. I was supposed to buy the legendary bundle and pl/rs bundle. All was a gift while recovering until baby arrives. Nothing back from EA. Nothing. I've been sent the same reset because it's all on auto pilot with them. I've spent so much the last few years let alone time. It's the one thing I do as my getaway for a little while but when you need something you get no help. I've tried four devices, reset all, un installed all, reinstalled, changed the credit cards for them as well too. iPhones, IPad and an LG tablet. So there's nothing else I can do. Already ruining my season. Someone please contact back from EA other than reset options and a case code. All my account numbers are in my first post and I've taken a picture of every rejected transaction.

It’s been like this since the start of the game. I purchased the all pro pack special and I was charged and never received anything.
Most feared was a somewhat decent promo this year and I wasn’t able to get anything from it. Doesn’t matter how much grinding for players you do, the bottom line is that to really get the best team you have to spend money and I’ve accepted that. I keep trying to get bundles but I keep getting the stupid error. EA needs to fix this ASAP and compensate everyone who was affected by it because there isn’t any excuse as to why me and thousands of others can’t enjoy the pack openings like others can. This is really getting annoying and then when you buy coins because you can’t buy cash, you get banned.
EA is really pushing their limits with this man. If this isn’t fixed by the time thanksgiving or Christmas promo comes along I’m done with this game.
