8 years agoAgreed! We need to be compensated for the missed opportunities for their screw-ups!! I spend a lot of money on this game and have missed good packs that would help my teams. That's going to affect me going into the new season and I'm pissed!!

8 years agoAnd if this wasn't bad enough... now the app keeps crashing on me. Three different accounts, all three keep crashing. Dealt with this all last season. If it keeps up, I'm done with EA. Very annoyed
- Anonymous8 years agoI exactly agree. Some compensation is to be needed. Goal was to clear the kickoff players to their highest levels before it ended by refilling stam, the rising stars and power line players with team TOTW players which I can't do because need to save the stam for kickoff tokens until it ends now. I was supposed to buy the legendary bundle and pl/rs bundle. All was a gift while recovering until baby arrives. Nothing back from EA. Nothing. I've been sent the same reset because it's all on auto pilot with them. I've spent so much the last few years let alone time. It's the one thing I do as my getaway for a little while but when you need something you get no help. I've tried four devices, reset all, un installed all, reinstalled, changed the credit cards for them as well too. iPhones, IPad and an LG tablet. So there's nothing else I can do. Already ruining my season. Someone please contact back from EA other than reset options and a case code. All my account numbers are in my first post and I've taken a picture of every rejected transaction.
