I can't purchase madden cash on madden mobile 18

Can't purchase madden cash. Says something about Storekit transaction is already in progress. Was working fine last week and now this week I can't purchase. Anyone know what to do? I tried contacting ...

We are aware of and looking into this issue with purchasing Madden Cash at the moment.

In the meantime can I ask you to try the following troubleshooting steps:

  1. Uninstall game
  2. Go to settings, itunes account and log out.
  3. Hard reset device
  4. Upon restart, go to settings, log back into itunes account. Make sure payment method is up to date.
  5. Install game
  6. Attempt to make purchase again.

Please let us know if those steps help you make a purchase, thanks.

I have the same issue but with android, madden15 was the only game where I was able to buy cash, last season the glitch appeared and since then I cant buy any cash at all.

I did all the steps you mentioned and still running without the chance to buy cash.

Hope some solution can be found.

    I contacted Apple by email and they refunded my all-pro special money and everything is working now... however, the app has been crashing at a very high rate now!!

      @okie_state_fan glad you got something back so far but is your madden cash house working or still no with that? Still can't buy madden cash or even the all pro back promo right now etc. same error for everything. No help on any end. EA hasn't called either. An email with case number and apple the same essentially. When the LG Samsung doesn't work. I thought at first only IOS not nope. Done it all now.

      Please share apple support email so we can give it a shot. There is a sweet madden special deal right now but its a shame we can't get it.

        • Time (including timezone) and date of last attempted purchase e.g 17:35 PST Sept 6th
        • Region: country should be specific enough
