I can't purchase madden cash on madden mobile 18

Can't purchase madden cash. Says something about Storekit transaction is already in progress. Was working fine last week and now this week I can't purchase. Anyone know what to do? I tried contacting EA but can't get the live chat to work

Same!!!!! Damn I thought I was he only one I've been contacting both Apple and EA and they blame each other and now EA is telling me I might have to wait a day or two cause it's a "glitch" in the server... been going on sense the 2nd and it's the 7th like hurry up EA I've tried everything

Been getting the same error message for over a week. Made several calls to EA and haven't gotten anywhere. I just keep getting told we're working on it or it's Apple's problem. Even talked to Apple and they said it's EA's problem. It's getting really annoying!!!

I was asked by EA CS to install the game on another device. I did that. I was able to purchase the $9.99 pack on that device using the same account. I then went back to the original device thinking the issue would be solved. NOPE. Still getting the same error message. FRUSTRATING.

I'm gonna start with saying I feel like I'm attached to too many threads of this that one group isn't directly resolving the issue some of us are having because I'm getting tagged from two different questions on the same thing with still no calls or responses via madden itself either.
So I'll type this again since I got another email asking for it.
