I can't purchase madden cash on madden mobile 18

Can't purchase madden cash. Says something about Storekit transaction is already in progress. Was working fine last week and now this week I can't purchase. Anyone know what to do? I tried contacting EA but can't get the live chat to work

The fix for this issue is to be included in an upcoming update.

I've been locked out from making purchases for nearly a month due to a storekit transaction error in process... whatever that means. I've deleted and reinstalled the game. I've rest my phone. Nothing seems to work.
Device being used, make and model: IOS with iphone 6 MG4W2LL/A

Same problem here... I purchased a $99bundle which went through, then made a 2nd transaction immediately after for $49 and this error popped up. It has popped up ever since last week. Quite sudden... Right before the most feared event it's quite frustrating.

I just finally made an account to post on here. I've had this game since it was first released for the year. I was able to make 1 purchase and then when I was charged for the all pro pack special, I never received it and every time I try and buy a bundle or madden cash it says the Storekit error. It's been like this for almost 2 months I wanna say. It really sucks man, I've tried everything possible and nothing's working. I'm just trying to play the game.
