I can't purchase madden cash on madden mobile 18

Can't purchase madden cash. Says something about Storekit transaction is already in progress. Was working fine last week and now this week I can't purchase. Anyone know what to do? I tried contacting EA but can't get the live chat to work

A picture is worth a thousand words
But seriously what is this problem, i've reached for help waited 72 hours and got a reply which was the exact same generic one i'd already seen on forums, could you please fix this (android device Samsung Galaxt S5). EA take my money!

I've been able to make purchases up until about 2 days ago and started getting this message. Tried everything and nothing seems to fix it.

@EA_Barry You stated a patch was coming to fix this over two weeks ago. Where is it? Players are missing yet another event and it's rewards. This is completely unacceptable. [Comment Removed - Admin.]
