I need answers on what i can do to get it back...

For some reason one of my cards required to finish the Odell set disappeared from my items recently... I would love an answer from EA on why this is happened... I'm very frustrated with the game right...

Talk to EA. A rollback might have taken it away but I've heard of people getting it back.
