Choose different options when contacting support so that you get in contact with an Advisor rather than reporting a bug. An Advisor will be able to look into this for you and hopefully resolve the issue.

- Anonymous9 years agoI would also recommend setting up an EA Help account, it not only keeps track of everything EA you play across the board but it also keeps track of your cases you have filed with support. I feel it is super efficient & more organized as you can link to it from any EA app or game. And you never have to keep an eye on your email waiting for a response. The website also points you in the right direction as to how you want to file it(i.e. missing content, issues with other players, or server crashes) just to name a few. It helps in getting the speediest & most informed reply from support...finally I recommend screen shots in any situation like this, hard evidence is always hard to dispute in any case. Just a few tips I have learned over my time playing games competitively on apps. I wish you all the best in your endeavor.
