Incorrect Reward for Genesis 5x Brady or Mahomes cards

    @TK_Powered and @EA_Blueberry .. got a "make up" pack pushed to my hand for choice of 5 shards. Thank you. This did get resolved.. I should've screen shot but forgot.

      @EA_Blueberry Anything yet? I mean.. I showed evidence.. I reported bug... you guys acknowledge bug... yet.. I'm being held back because of what? Please give me what I earned.

        I do not have any updates as of right now. I was last notified they are aware of it and investigating it. Because many players could be impacted they could be looking into a development side fix which could automatically grant it once the fix it put into place. I will be off shortly for the weekend and will hunt down more info for you when I return Monday.
