Incorrect Reward for Genesis 5x Brady or Mahomes cards

@TK_PoweredWell it seems that either fixing the pack is not an option or finding who purchased it and sending a make good is not an option. Either way they opted to simply change the pack to a single rare so everyone gets/ has the opportunity to get the same item. So with that information sending a make good to only those who bought the pack already would prejudice those who haven't since they are unable to fix the pack or in scenario 2 if they fix the pack but can't send a make good would prejudice those who already bought it. So if you want the pack the only way they can give it to you and be fair to all players is to give it to everyone. Ideally they would fix the trade and send a make good to those who already bought it but that doesn't appear to be an option. So do you want the pack or not?
