Incredibly bad customer service
I am supremely frustrated with EA.
I have been going on for TWO weeks with back and forth emails. The latest email said to contact chat support, and there is literally no way to do this.
Here's my problem:
Two weeks ago, during the Moments:Defense event, I had been working on a 95+ card towards an additional master. I had 1-2 91+ cards in there, plus badges, and was working on the final 91+ card by putting in 4 80+ cards to get my final 85+.
When the changeover happened to the post season event, they rearranged the defense set and all of my progress was lost. I immediately reached out and have been getting the run around ever since. The last email was the last draw. I was told "As we cannot reveal sensitive information about your account without identifying you as the owner of your account I invite you to contact us via chat at the following link (which did not work by the way)."
Um, you KNOW this email is linked to my account, what sensitive information do you need to give me?
What I continue to say is "I was working on this before the reset between defense and post season. I don't KNOW the cards because I would never imagine the cards going away..
I tried accessing the chat mutliple ways. This is maddening (no pun intended). I lost the cards, and I couldn't even use them to transfer over to the playoff set. I paid for the field pass for the month of may. NEVER AGAIN.
