Please post below the specified instructions for the development team.
- Your Device Make and Model.
- Your current Operating System (iOS Version / Android Version)
- Was the device purchased new or used.
- Have you played on another device previously (Android or Apple)
- What Game version are you currently using (Can be seen in the Google Play Store / Apple App Store)
- How much available memory (GBs / MBs) is there on your device.
- Are you connected to a home WiFi network or cellular DATA when trying to connect.
- Do you get any specific error codes.
This information will be forwarded to the team and can help in solving this problem in a future patch.
