Invisible Player

Am experiencing an unusual issue in which a player does not appear in any league management tool like LvL Lineup and Manage Players. Additionally, this player has never posted in league chat or responded to requests for comments or confirmation that he or she is not a bot or is human but has found a way to hack MM. I don't know if this is all due just to a glitch/bug or what, but having a player on my league who is invisible and uncontrollable is both mysterious and a bit unnerving so I'm hoping for some player feedback.

I did create s case with EA Help & the representative I spoke with asked me to include the bug report case # in this forum: 79554881.

If any other league chairpersons or admins have encountered this "invisible player" issue, please reply. Thank you.
