iPad iOS 10 upadate no sound

Question

Hi - I recently updated to iOS 10 on my iPad (model ME400LL/A) and now 10.0.2 but when I did the sound on Madden Mobile would not work. It was the only app I have that had any issues after updating. Everything else seems fine. I've tried updating the iPad again like I said, rebooting it many times, backed it up and deleted the game and re-installed it and still nothing. Everything works fine with the game except for sound of any kind. I've checked the settings and all sounds are on. I've tried turning them off and turning them back on...nothing.

Any ideas?? Love the game but miss the sound!

PS - yes all the sound settings on the iPad are on.&nbsp; All other apps, games, internet, videos all have sound.&nbsp; Thanks.

We currently do not have a fix/patch for this so right now the only way to fix this is to revert to iOS 9.x

This is the first time I've heard anyone admit it is a problem. I reported this to EA weeks ago and all I've gotten is that I should reset my IPad to,factory settings. I believe this sound failure is tied in with the crashing problems on Head to Head and MGames. All started on my iPad at the same time, after I upgraded to IOS 10 (actual, not Beta).

Exact device - iPhone 5, 5S, 6 etc.
Exact iOS version - 10.0, 10.0.1, 10.0.2 etc.
