Is EA Customer Support Team Missing in Action?!?

What happened to EA Support team? I’ve been attempting to get a response for help for over two weeks on all channels (twitter, Facebook, email, online...et ) and nothing.

I have/had a time sensitive issue and provide all the detailed information a customer service representative would need to help.

What else can you do to get customer support to respond and help?

    I'm sorry to hear about your problems with support. I would strongly recommend you to reach EA Customer Support  again via livechat to solve your issue.

    Our apologies you haven't received a response sooner than you expected. Our Support teams are experiencing higher than usual volume right now with more players jumping into games at these current world conditions. What type of request do you need assistance with?     Have you fully rebooted your device to see if the content is there? Yes

    Type of request: Missing Content. 

    I lost my top players on my bench. I made a purchase in the team store for Team Heroes for $29.99 on March 21, 2020, between 4 pm and 6 pm est.  My highest rated players went missing after I received the attached notification “Item Limit Reach” 

    The content that went missing included two 🏈 99 rated players Saquon Barkley 99, Derwin James 99 from Tomorrow superstars. Also, my “Tomorrow Superstar Diamond Key” (which I waited for 20k points to use my key on secondary zone set reducer). The promotion ended last week, which means I may have lost all the rewards I spend two months to achieve not to mention $$$.  

    I submitted the issue to EA customer service on March 21, 2020 (over two weeks ago) and I still haven’t received a response.

    I would greatly appreciate it if you would either return my lost content or compensate me for the lost content in the form of Madden cash or coins.  I have spent an enormous amount of money + time acquiring my lost content. I have been saving my 99 players to make upgrades. Each of those players is the equivalent to 12,000 Madden Cash or 2,000,000+ Madden coins.  

    You can review my saved logos from March 21, 2020, between 4 pm and 6 pm to verify I had the content that is missing.  

    I have reached out to the EA Customer support team multiple times online, Facebook and even Twitter. All of which have gone unresponded. It’s not fair to be punished for the lack of respond time form the customer service team considering we’re spending real $$$ and time to achieve these rewards.

    I've tried that numerous times. Ever time I try to get to a live chat or to speak to someone I receive the attached error message, saying

    "SOMEONE CALL TECH SUPPORT. Oh, right. That's us! We'll get this fixed as soon as possible." 

    It's a vicious cycle to no where. 

    Please let me know what I can do to actually speak with someone form the customer support team?

    There is no available option for live chatting or a way to request a call now. It loops you back to the attached screenshoot to fill out a case, which I've done multiple times already.

    On one hand I'm being directed to the link you shared to get a response from the support team. And then on the other hand I'm being told NOT to open another case because it would only delay a response. 

    ALL I WANT IS HELP! It's really unfair that I lost all the content/rewards I spent a ton of money and time to achieve, and not be able to get help from anyone on the support team. I have honestly done everything I have been instructed/directed to do on my end and I'm being made to go in circles.

    It's really disappointing ☹️ 

    PLEASE tell me what I need to do to get someone to help and I'll do it!!!
