I lost my top players on my bench. I made a purchase in the team store for Team Heroes for $29.99 on March 21, 2020, between 4 pm and 6 pm est. My highest rated players went missing after I received the attached notification “Item Limit Reach”
The content that went missing included two 🏈 99 rated players Saquon Barkley 99, Derwin James 99 from Tomorrow superstars. Also, my “Tomorrow Superstar Diamond Key” (which I waited for 20k points to use my key on secondary zone set reducer). The promotion ended last week, which means I may have lost all the rewards I spend two months to achieve not to mention $$$.
I submitted the issue to EA customer service on March 21, 2020 (over two weeks ago) and I still haven’t received a response.

I would greatly appreciate it if you would either return my lost content or compensate me for the lost content in the form of Madden cash or coins. I have spent an enormous amount of money + time acquiring my lost content. I have been saving my 99 players to make upgrades. Each of those players is the equivalent to 12,000 Madden Cash or 2,000,000+ Madden coins.
You can review my saved logos from March 21, 2020, between 4 pm and 6 pm to verify I had the content that is missing.
I have reached out to the EA Customer support team multiple times online, Facebook and even Twitter. All of which have gone unresponded. It’s not fair to be punished for the lack of respond time form the customer service team considering we’re spending real $$$ and time to achieve these rewards.
