JuJu Smith Error

I am having an issue. Restarting the device did not fix this problem. When you click on the chest nothing happens. It will NOT allow me to go back and do the previous steps either.

@FrndlyNbr I've been having some problems with the play screen loading. Try disconnecting from wifi and see if it works while on mobile data.
If you don't have mobile data then click on it and wait for a few minutes and see if it appears.

Customer Service told me to have 1 or the other but not both. He suggested putting your iPhone into Plane Mode and use wifi! Plane mode also disables notifications coming through as well.
