Keeps saying loading audio and doesn’t let me play

A lot of the times when I start a game or a challenge it will load me in and where it has a player card from each team and has the loading bar it sometimes says loading audio and its at 99% but never gets to 100 so I have to close the app and try again, but once I do it and it says loading audio and doesn’t continue It doesn’t work no matter how many times I try my UID is 44992054 and my user is LarrytheAlien
