[Known Issue] Madden mobile 21 team history bug

Selected Washington football team in team history museum. Wouldn’t let me progress to next stage after winning drive 1. Tried deleting and reinstalling app but still has same bug ☹️

    Marking this as solved just for visibility. The issue is still under investigation, and we are not considering this resolved at this time. 

    Temporary workaround per @M4C_XIII:

    "Found a workaround for me. I only do/did the team history because of the team emblems.

    Now I just buy them in the store, 5 emblems for 1000 coins seems fair.

    Change your team to the team you want to get emblems for.

    Go to the store, select the shopping cart on the left, tab madden today and scroll to the right."

    I wanted to say thanks to you all for sharing your details with us about this. The Madden Mobile team is aware of this issue, and they are currently investigating. I'm afraid we don't have a time frame on how long it may take to be fixed, but hopefully we'll have it sorted out soon.

    I have the same issue with the Browns. EA you need to fix this because you release a promo that requires team history badges and we are getting screwed being unable to get team badges.

    @kud0s69 They're still working on it. I'll let them know how it's impacting your ability to complete the new promo as a sense of urgency.

    I need bears badges for the RB FF promo. Only way for me to get them is to buy at 25k a pack through the Tema store. Making me broke!

    Same issue. Will not let me get past 1st stage of Carolina Panthers!  I play on Samsung 9 that is up to date. I've signed out and back in, restarted phone, uninstalled and reinstalled the game w/ the same results.

    Same problem here, with Arizona Cardinals.

    I am 1 team away from beating all 32 teams... as of a week ago I stopped getting keys - meaning I miss out on the gems for the final team and the gems for finishing the challenge. Is anyone else still getting keys for team history on MM20?

    I have the same problem with the Atlanta Falcons.  I did all of the troubleshooting steps that were provided by support on 4 different Apple devices and I still can't get past the first stage.
