League Members Randomly Kicked from League

Been playing madden mobile for years never seen this issue. I am the commissioner for my madden mobile league and every time myself or admin allow a new member they are removed from the league shortly after. This started a week ago when at least 5 recent additions to our league were randomly removed. I at first thought it was an admin who did it on their own so I demoted all of them yet more players continued to be removed. Now my league is down to 20 players when it used to be 32. this is greatly effecting out ability to compete and reach achievements and I would like to see a quick fix please. My league name is FREEZEKE, I am the commissioner username chuck.
