Its been over a week since my league tournament has been over. It is stuck no reward and I can't start a new league tournament. Can someone fix this or tell me what to do

We are not able to start a new league tournament, we had played in a tournament and when the timer expired and was at 0:00:00 it just stayed there, it has been about a week since the tournament should have ended but it has not, can someone please help??

Where is the solution and why is everyone giving us the runaround? no one at EA sports seems to have any idea about how to fix this problem. this problem is all over the place and no one has an answer. It's quite sad when you ask for support and they tell you that you are not to respond to them or it will cause your case number to be cancelled. So basically we're supposed to sit around and wait for nothing to happen? It would be one thing if someone would post that they've been helped and their problem solved, but I'm yet to see that. At least make some indication that you guys are trying to fix this issue. I agree with one of the previous post, need to create an option for us to kill the tournaments when this problem occurs. we can't even continue to play because the tournament is frozen, therefore we cannot continue to play the game in this mode. how do you expect people to continue to be interested in your product when they can't even play the game?

Madden, so what's the solution to this problem? I see i am not the only one who has an expired tournament that is frozen. I pay you promptly for every purchase I make, so either fix it or refund me some money since you can't resolve the problem

My league has been stuck with the same tournament for about a week now time expired and we won we haven't received rewards, we don't care about the rewards but just let us play another tournament these guys are hacking the game to prolongue it or something very suspicious!! End it now please!!!!'

Case #17697165 I attached an image to that case about whats going on but the problem is the tournament ended Friday and is stuck now. Clock is at 00:00:00 everybody is having the same thing and every time I talk to someone they tell me to uninstall and reinstall. So is actual help going to be given here or am I out of luck?

Our madden tournament match has been over for more than a week with the time at 00:00. Our league name is vikings all pro. Vikings all pro vs fertip. Is this going to be fixed?

Barry or other EA personnel .... multiple people are having this issue of frozen tournaments ... whats up .... I am sure even more that haven't reported !!!!

It is a known bug with Madden Mobile.
I actually talked to EA sports tech support yesterday and it is a widespread issue affecting a lot of leagues. They are hoping to resolve it this week.
I was asked to follow up at EOW with the tech support team again.

My tournament just got frozen. Our name is " We Cheat " ( just a name ) and we are rank 45 but now we are stuck. Somebody please help...!!!!
