- ApprovedAnonymous11 years agoWhere is the solution and why is everyone giving us the runaround? no one at EA sports seems to have any idea about how to fix this problem. this problem is all over the place and no one has an answer. It's quite sad when you ask for support and they tell you that you are not to respond to them or it will cause your case number to be cancelled. So basically we're supposed to sit around and wait for nothing to happen? It would be one thing if someone would post that they've been helped and their problem solved, but I'm yet to see that. At least make some indication that you guys are trying to fix this issue. I agree with one of the previous post, need to create an option for us to kill the tournaments when this problem occurs. we can't even continue to play because the tournament is frozen, therefore we cannot continue to play the game in this mode. how do you expect people to continue to be interested in your product when they can't even play the game?

We have played our tournament and the problem isn't about rewards but we can't start another one because although its been over a week now and time obviously ran out, it seems that it's stuck there. We just want to start another tournament but it's acting like the last one is still active although it's been over for over a week now. It's not just my device it's everyone on my teams different devices so we know it has to be you guys. The League Tournament is Foolsball vs RoyalFamily. Please reset or something PLEASE!!!!!!!

- ApprovedAnonymous10 years agoMy Case number is 17978445. The ExtraordinAyers league in Mobile Madden has been frozen for almost a week now. I have reported this to EASports Customer Support division and it has been escalated, but with no action. Today I called to follow up on this issue again and was told that I must post on the forums to get this issue resolved by the developers. Please contact me back as soon as possible to provide a resolution to the error in my league! We are highly ranked and losing rank quickly due to our loss in productivity!

I have tried everything from customer support to escalate the case to a studio matter to no resolve. we where in the top 1000 and worked very hard to get there. if this cannot be resolved It will be to painful for many of us to play on. I feel awful. please help. im am the comish dknyguy. thankyou.

My league's tournament has been frozen for a about a week now at the time 00:00. Nothing has changed and neither team knows what to do. We won the tournament but its stuck our rank has been slowly dropping. We would like to continue playing the game so I hope that this problem is resolved soon.
