Help me understand why do you state when you are about to start a search that we have 24 hours to play our matches? This morning I specifically was noticing our matches are not going a full 24 hours but more like 22 hours. I work a 2nd/3rd shift and started my search at 02:31am (I got the time stamp to prove it). Tonight I see our league match is going to end BEFORE 01:00am. That is NOT 24 hours!!!!!! Can you explain this?
The game says we HAVE 24 hours to complete. It doesnt say ANYTHING about each match is subject to a possible 22.5 - 24 hours.
We are just calling our your words NOT ours.
Here are the exact words.
A match WILL LAST 24 hours. It doesn't say could last or up to 24 hours but specifically says *will mast* and AFTER a team is found.
Community ManagerThe wording has been raised up to the team. I see where you're coming from how it can be confusing when you're not given the full 24 hours. I don't have any info beyond what was shared to us in the earlier reply from myself regarding the technical back-end of why it's displaying that.

So our league lost it's match technically as my touchdown was not awarded the 6 points. We all know a touchdown by itself is 6 points. Why can't the game award you the 6 points? We lost our league game by 2 points and I actually had the two points secured before the time ran out!
This also goes back to my point that EA still never gives us 24 hours to complete our drives!!!!!!! I was finishing my first drive and had 2 min left on the clock.
I GUESS I NEED TO COMPLAIN EVERY DAY ON MY OTHER POST (original post about leaues NOT having the full 24 hours of valid time to complete their drives).
EA Blueberry knows all about my post about the 24 hours not being truly accurate.
If we would have our full 24 hours technically we would have won!!!!!!
Our league needs our W because i have a screen shot showing my touchdown and that is 6 points! We should have won by 4 points.

You really don't know the background of why it took me so long to get the drives in and nor did I want to personally explain why it took me so long mate.
If you must know...
I have a pretty ill wife and son.
I work the grave yard shift.
I cannot have my phone on or in my work.
I got off work and had a ton of things that needed done as well as take care of my family.
I was so sleep deprived I crashed and I woke up with 2 minutes left after I got multiple phone calls from my league and scrambled to get my drives in. With me waking up with 2 minutes left and making the touchdown is a miracle which again is 6 points.
Things to NOTE:
I MADE THE TOUCHDOWN
Have you ever seen any single football game where a team is not awarded 6 points after they score? Nope because those 6 points are secured and over with.
If my 6 points were given to me then our league wins regardless mate.
How am I tardy if this company does not award the FULL 24 hours? Have you read the words about how match ups work?
Your 22 hour statement is inconsistent with the timer as it is not 22 hours all the time.

What your saying confuses me mate and I keep saying what does this have to do with the games claiming once a match up is found, we should have 24 hours to complete our drives. We should not have 22.5, 21.5, or 22 hours.
