legends badge exchange

Hi I exchange legends badge two times in row and got only one to use. Its happened second time today. Can anybody have a look into it, please?

    We didn't see any major reports about this so it's possible you experienced a very rare bug that our team should be able to verify under your account history. Please submit a case via in-game by going to Settings>Help and provide details about this for an EA Advisor to look into. Make sure you mentioned the exact day and time you exchanged the badges so they can search around that time period. 👍

Hey there! If you're using the Legend Badge Exchange you can exchange 2 of any Legends Badges for a Legends Badge of your choice (you only get to keep one).

Yes i know that. I did exchange 2 badges and than choice one, again I exchange two of them (not that I choice earlier ) so i should have two badges of my choice. When i go to legend players to add them there was only one badge.
