Level 10 Achievements Reset?
@EA_Blueberry What happened to the level 10 Achievements, they reset. I was up to 296 rare players and over 75 epic players and now they reset to 0? Can you please look into this? That's 2000 Mad...

- Device type
- User ID (located under settings in the top right corner. It's the number). DO NOT SHARE PUBLICLY. SEND ME A DIRECT MESSAGE

- @EA_Blueberry This appears to be wide spread. This had happened to me and all my league mates.
@EA_Blueberry I assume the only ones who would notice this would have to be on level 10 of each.
- @Leighton3737 @EA_Blueberry For me the Epic reset at Level 9, Rare at level 10 but the same day for both.

There has not been any movement on this. We will need more examples of those impacted by this.@EA_Blueberry I have to say that it's disappointing hearing that you need more examples of a glitch from others being impacted on this. Like its not real if no one else is experiencing it. I've provided the proof in pictures and I'm sure you can see my account. How is it possible to have 148/300 Rare players but complete the 200/200 Rare Players. As for the Epics, I'm almost at 175 and my bench shows that.
Your response says to email you directly the device type and User ID and I have (see below) without any direct response accept in this thread. I've also opened a case with EA and they keep telling me to close out of the app and other stuff. None of it fixes anything.
I spend real money in this game and would expect issues to be resolved when brought to attention. I started asking about this in November. Please help to resolve this in any way that you can.
- @Leighton3737 @EA_Blueberry I also DM’d you in December and just read back through this thread.it is disappointing that this cannot get fixed. I’ve collected the Epic level 10 even with the rest. But for Rare players, I collected level 9 with 200/200 players and now have 92/300 for Level 10. If it can’t be fixed, just give us 1000 Madden Cash.
