Loading screen freezes at 99%. Been doing this for 2 weeks.

I hope it's working by now. But if it isn't: When this happened to me I just had to clear my Cashe (Again) and then uninstall it and reinstall it a bunch of times. And the last time I had to uninstall it and then wait 24 hours before reinstalling it. Best of Luck
