Aspect ratio issue when starting game
I just upgraded my phone from a Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra to the Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra. When first starting the game, the aspect ratio is incorrect (see attachment) and I am unable to make make any choices on the screen. I did not have this issue on my old phone. I can flip my, which flips the screen, and this will correct the issue while the game is loaded, but will still occur every time I restart. I worked through troubleshooting steps with support and even uninstalled and reinstalled and have not found a solution.
Game not fully loading onto screen.
I've been having some troubles while playing the game. The game doesn't fully load onto the screen and sometimes the hitbox for the controls moves away from their icons, making the game harder to play, sometimes even impossible. I am playing on a Samsung Galaxy S25+ and have had this problem ever since I got it.
Madden NFL 25 Mobile sound playing during football match?
I recently began experiencing an issue with Madden 25 mobile. When I open the app the normal music plays, but then another song plays over it. This song continues to play during football matches even though music isn't supposed to play during those. The music is also still audible when i exit the app. It only stops when I swipe the tab closed or force stop the game. Is this an in-game bug that has been reported before, and is there an easy fix for this? I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling multiple times, cleared the game's data, and also restarted and shutdown my phone and it still doesn't work.
