Can't play no matches on madden mobile 26
Ive been having a issue since the most feared event where I try to start a match and it gets to loading audio 99% u hear the crowd but the game never loads i get stuck at the matchup screen cycling through team matchups I can get select event matches and core but I cant do any other matches not even season I have checked my network, made sure my game and phone is up to date my time correct that I have network no vpn , wiped cache, cleared storage,uninstalled the game and reinstalled, moved the game to external storage for more space, lowered my visual settings contacted support numerous times yet im still having the same issue its funny how I cant add all the videos I recorded of my error with the different modes to one post and when talking to customer report and referred them to this post they wont check it but ask for a screenshot that dont give context to the problem that is going on so they can escalate it mind you this issue has been going on since OctoberAds not working, Android
Currently attempting to get a hold of staff as well (I don't think they're understanding my issue). I'm on android, ads don't work. Simple as that. Yes I've tried all the normal stuff. I'll attach a few images. Two are the before/after of clicking the watch an ad button on the events page, just darkens the screen, nothing ever pops up. Other one has an empty container where there's supposed to be a "watch ad" button. I have had this issue for years, just never complained about it until now. Been through multiple phones, again tried all the normal ad ID stuff, clearing cache/data, restarting, updating, uninstall reinstall, etc.
