Locked out of App

For some reason I’m locked out of the App with it saying it can’t find any linked accounts. I’m currently linked with FB.

I’ve deleted the app but the App Store won’t reinstall it, only open it even though I uninstalled it.

And since I can’t get help from the app and don’t know my ID# any suggestions Blue?

@EA_Blueberry Yes, mine is up. It's a Samsung thing, I guess... I had to go into Google Play settings, bring up my account and go into Security Settings. Then, I was given the 2- step authentication prompt. After completing that, the Google Play icon showed up under "Labs" which I'm assuming means it needed the 2- step verification to re-link itself.

Have you tried signing out of FB on your FB app, then go to Settings on your device>Apps>clear the cache on FB and then try signing into FB on Madden NFL Mobile?

I’ve got the same issue. It kicked me out mid game and now it says I have no linked accounts. Iv3creset my Ea password but I don’t see that that will help as my sign in is through Apple

No I’m on an iPhone. I deleted the Madden App and the App Store will not reinstall it but it’ll load and say no linked accounts and they are linked

I’m experiencing the same problem I’ve re–downloaded the app multiple times but to no avail. The title screen stays frozen for moments until finally I can tap to login. Once I attempt to login through my apple account and Touch ID as per usual instead of taking my print it right away says I have no linked accounts and then the title screen freezes again.

Same here... it "cannot find any linked accounts." This is my lunch time decompression.. lol. Come on EA,
