LOST 1 MILL COINS, LOST BID

I talked to EA chat and let them know about this problem 3 days ago. They said I would get results in a few days. I still haven't gotten them back! I was expecting to get Bo, but now I can't!

    It took them 2 weeks for them to get back to me when the auction house glitch. I lost 400 items, when they got back to me they could not fix the issue. They offered me only 3 gold players. Poor customer service.
