Lost account info after factory reset, ipad

I did a factory reset to my iPad and lost everything! What do I do now? It didn't save during backup

No, I'm an idiot and didn't link it to anything but I know everything about my team and achievements, I spoke to 2 people at EA and they said they can't help. Definitely last EA game I will ever play.
