Lost ALL My Progress in Madden NFL Mobile Game

Hello,

I've lost all my progress to my account in the Madden NFL Mobile app (including $15 worth of purchases). I'd like to continue playing the game as I enjoy it, but unless I'm made whole I will be forced to leave a very negative review to warn others to avoid this game.

I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling as other people had success with that, but no luck for me.

Please get back to me on a possible resolution or refund of my $15 and wasted time.

    Was it connected to/backed up to a Facebook account? If so then all you have to do is connect to Facebook again and the team should be there like nothing changed.

    If it was not connected to a Facebook account but you have the USERID, you will need to contact EA Customer Support for help restoring the account.

    You can possibly recover the team if you know the UserID associated with the account. The UserID can be found at the very end of the credits screen in the settings menu.
    If the team is lost, but you have the UserID, get a hold of Customer Support at:

    If you have the ID, recovering the team is possible. So all users, especially users who are not backed up to Facebook should find out and make a note of your UserID. Without this ID number, recovery of the team is not possible.
